Thank You for Shopping Small! We couldn't be us...without you! Store Refunds are Not Given. We are Happy to offer either a store credit or exchange if the guidelines below are met.
The Store Credit/Exchange Policy lasts 14 days from date of purchase for in-store purchases or 14 days from the confirmed tracking delivery date for online purchases. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase or purchase delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a store credit or exchange. If an item is listed as a sale item, we are unable to issue a store credit or exchange. Store Credits must be used within 30 days of date issued.
Store Credits/Exchanges are NOT issued for- Antiques, Furniture, Seasonal Items & Sale Items.
To be eligible for a store credit or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it at the discretion of the manager on duty. It must also be in the original packaging, tags attached with original receipt.
To complete your store credit or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of return shipping will be not deducted from your original purchase.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
